Before: Weathering & Peeling Paint
Before we began, the home exterior showed signs of weathering, with cracked joints, peeling paint layers, and bare wood exposed to the elements. Without proper sealing, water infiltration risked dry rot and structural damage to the framing.
Our prep work involved scraping away loose paint, sanding raw edges, and replacing rotted trim sections to establish a solid foundation for the paint coats.
After: Sealed & Refinished Exterior
The finished coating features a durable, weather-resistant exterior paint envelope. All siding joints were filled with flexible elastomeric caulk and protected with two full coats of premium paint.
The crisp white trim lines highlight the structural details, transforming the facade and securing the home envelope for years to come against severe Texas storms and heat.
